Brief Description of the Modules:

Guard Module:

In this module, the guard will enter the details of the visitor with photo and generate the ID Card.

It also includes the networking part through which guards can send pop up message to the Particular employee to whom the visitor came to meet. After receiving the pop up message from the guard the employee will have the privileges whether to allow the visitor or not or wait for 5 Minutes, 10 Minutes, 15 Minutes.

Admin Module:

This module is the heart of the Visitor management software where the admin will have full privileges to

In this Module every employee will be having username and secured password using which the employee can provide an appointment to visitors, along with that he can view his appointments which are already fixed.

Reception Module:

In this module Receptionist will be having username and secured password using which the receptionist can view employee details, Fix appointments to visitors with the employees, and receptionist can view appointments which are already fixed with the employees, he/she can also view online visitors and search the visitors.
